Large training room (first and fifth training room)

It provides capacious space that can accommodate 90 people that is suitable for large scale teaching and training, product exhibition and presentation for new products. Projector and simultaneous audio-visual equipment are convenient for your teaching and product demo. Our excellent venue can focus on your diverse needs and provide different venue adjustment as well as professional venue.

Medium training room (second and fourth training room)

The suitable sized training room can help you accommodate 45 people, and the training room is furnished with its special projection screen, projection equipment, wireless microphones, and tables and chairs as well as whiteboard that can be provided upon the needs. Thus, you can appreciate the best quality and convenient venue and service during your demo of teaching.

Small training room (sixth training room)

The suitable sized training room can help you accommodate 25 people, and it is well modified for enterprises or factories to host events for staff training, class instruction, and activities of civic groups. No matter if it is sponsoring for small-scale presentation or business dealing, one can always achieve the best outcome.

  1. When leasing conference room with concurrent purchase of over 20 admission tickets to “Green Environmental Hall” of the park (admission ticket not limited to the day), the leasing fee will be 20% off;
  2. For renting two consecutive sessions, 10% discount will be awarded; or reservation for more than 10 sessions with deposit of 20% prepaid, 20% discount will be awarded;
  3. Discount of 50% off will be awarded to authorities of Kaohsiung County;
  4. Venue leasing has to be conducted 7 days in advance of the utility, and when venue utility is registered, 20% of the leasing fee must be prepaid as deposit; The reservation is regarded as not complete until the deposit is paid and the authority has every right to conduct other arrangements;
  5. If venue reservation is canceled upon various causes, it is necessary to inform the authority 3 days before “date of utility”. Otherwise, the deposit surrendered will not be refunded;
  6. Venue arrangement, supply, and service will be wholly responsible by the leasing authority, and food and drinks and snacks are forbidden (portable mineral water and cup-water excluded)
  7. if the leasing authority would like to operate presentation facilities of conference, it should dispatch staff to learn operation procedures of utility of facilities;
  8. The leasing authority should fulfill responsibility of good use, and compensation of tantamount value of price is claimed if there is any improper use of the venue and facilities that lead to equipment ruin and loss or severe damage;
  9. No stove nor fire-making is allowed indoor;
  10. No inappropriate or illegal events may be held at the venue.
