Environment Monitoring Exhibition — powered by the building’s solar panels, real time information of solar energy generation for the building and current indoor temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide and ultraviolet levels is displayed on 4 large LCD screens. The information gives visitors an idea of the state of the surrounding environment and whether the conditions have reached harmful levels.
Entrance Concept and Environmental Introduction
Entrance LED Energy Efficiency Concept — LEDs are considered to be the energy efficient lighting systems of the future. The hourly flashing LED shows illustrate the difference between conventional lighting and LED lighting and how much energy LEDs save.
The Introduction of the Environmental Science and Technology Park — an introduction of the origin and goals of the ESTP aided with a miniature park model and a video tour.
My Pet Area
All visitors who have purchased tickets are given a Pet Card. This card contains codes to the expansive reality area. By entering the codes into the pet computers, a 3D image of a fish or insect is generated and can become the pet of any visitor who has purchased a ticket.
